The Company helps Telecom Operators, Media groups and other mobile focused companies to provide a better experience to the final users, with a wide offer of digital solutions that are designed to increase revenue.

We are looking for a SysAdmin expert to become part of our IT team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Management of Company Infrastructure;
  • Maintenance of computer systems, network servers, virtualization and storage infrastructure;
  • Monitor datacenter health using management tools and analytics, responding to hardware or software issues as they arise;
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software;
  • Handle business-critical IT infrastructure incidents, providing necessary support and resolution with limited disruptions;
  • Perform and automate regular backup operations;
  • Define and execute High Availability and Disaster recovery plans;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Windows based operating systems, database, network administration in high availability and 24/7 environments.
  • Knowledge of computer TCP/IP networks, DMZ design, Firewall configuration and routing
  • Knowledge of Virtualization Systems using VMWare
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration
  • Knowledge of SAN/ISCSI storage
  • Experience in backup tools
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory
