Principais Responsabilidades
- Análise de planos de manutenção de componentes e equipamentos;
- Estudo e implementação de medidas com vista à melhoria continua do desempenho operacional e performance dos equipamentos;
- Implementação de rotinas e procedimentos de segurança, inspeção e manutenções preventivas, corretivas e preditivas;
- Monitorização do estado de condição e planeamento de ações corretivas, considerando constrangimentos operacionais e de logística;
- Coordenação de meios e auxílio técnico às equipas na realização de tarefas de manutenção/inspeção, bem como assegurar a sua execução de acordo com as melhores práticas de Segurança, Ambiente e Higiene;
- Implementação de sistemas de recolha e tratamento de dados relacionados com operação e manutenção de componentes e equipamentos;
- Produção e analise de relatórios de performance de equipamentos e equipas;
- Análise Root-cause de falhas e implementação de medidas corretivas e de mitigação de efeitos;
- Análise e planeamento de stocks mínimos e reparação de componentes;
- Gestão e acompanhamento de projetos de execução interna ou outsourcing;
- Gestão e implementação de ferramentas de apoio ao planeamento.
Perfil Pretendido- Licenciatura em Engenharia Eletrotécnica ou similar.
- Mínimo de 6 anos de experiência profissional em ambiente industrial.
- Conhecimentos/experiência em projectos de automação.
- Domínio das ferramentas MS Office - Word, Excel, Project, PowerBI.
- Experiência em Gestão de Tempo.
- Conhecimentos avançados na utilização e programação de PLC Siemens.
- Conhecimentos na utilização e deteção de avarias em accionamentos SINAMICS.
- Conhecimentos em sistemas de rede Profibus, Profinet, AsI e Canbus.
- Compreensão fluente de inglês (falado e escrito).
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa
