Responsibilities:
Assist Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting.
Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
Provide accurate and real-time responses to the customers inquiries.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Qualifications:
Fluent level of Italian (C1/C2)
English B2
Experience in Customer Service (preferable)
Good communication and soft skills

Offer:
Salary 900€ month x 14 months
Meal allowance of 7,23 net per day(paid in Meal Card)
Monthly performance bonus up to 100€
