Currently, our team is in search of an Agile Functional Analyst who is enthusiastic about agile methodologies and possesses a profound comprehension of business processes. Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage in an agile software development team, progressively building working software in sprints, following scrum methodologies.
  • Analyze and comprehend business processes and requirements, particularly focusing on gas flow management.
  • Collaborate with team members to break down business requirements into user stories, refine them into tasks, and deliver within a sprint.
  • Translate user stories into conceptual models that align with existing architectures and systems.
  • Generate business process and functional system documentation using UML artifacts like use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and information models.

Tech Skills:

  • Demonstrated analytical and synthesizing skills to define problems, requirements, and design solutions affecting mission-critical applications.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and the ability to write simple SQL queries.
  • Solid knowledge of UML and UML modeling tools, such as Sparx Enterprise Architect.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a functional analyst.
  • Proven track record of working in agile software development teams and utilizing related tools (e.g., MS DevOps).

  • Outstanding communication skills, actively listening to user needs, asking relevant questions, and effectively communicating sprint results.
  • Strong collaborative skills, closely working with developers to explain analyses or review code.
