Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Customer Experience Specialist werden sein:
Unterstütze die Aktivitäten deiner Kunden, indem du einen erstklassigen Service bietest, während du an Projekten renommierter und weltweiter Marken mitarbeitest;
Beantwortung eingehender Kundenanfragen
Identifizierung von Problemen und Bereitstellung von Lösungen
Sicherstellung eines hohen Maßes an Kundenzufriedenheit
Aufzeichnung von Daten im CRM-System
Bereitstellung von Ad-hoc-Support
Du bist ein Teamplayer und trägst zum Erfolg des Teams und des Projekts bei.
Fähigkeiten, Qualifikationen und Interessen, die du benötigst, um in dieser Funktion erfolgreich zu sein:
Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und mindestens B1-Niveau in Englisch
Du weißt, was guter Kundenservice bedeutet
Du bist ein aufmerksamer Zuhörer, der sich in der Kommunikation mit Menschen wohlfühlt
Du strebst nach Spitzenleistungen und Professionalität
Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und engagierst dich für deine Arbeit
Du begeisterst dich für interkulturelle Kommunikation und den Expatriate-Lifestyle
Du lebst in Lissabon oder du bist bereit, für eine internationale Karriere und Lebenserfahrung nach Lissabon umzuziehen
Eine gültige portugiesische Arbeitserlaubnis (erforderlich).
Was ist für dich drin?
Art des Vertrags: Ein befristeter Vertrag, der jedes Jahr verlängert werden kann.
Arbeitszeiten: Vollzeit in Wechselschichten (je nach Projekt).
Ausbildung: Starte deine Karriere mit einer intensiven Schulung, die das Unternehmen seinen neuen Mitarbeitern anbietet.
Gehaltsbedingungen(*): Du hast 2 Möglichkeiten:
a) Inklusive kostenloser Unterkunft (Wohngemeinschaft, inklusive aller Rechnungen): € brutto/Monat
b) Ohne Unterkunft: € brutto/Monat
(*) Vergütung während der Schulung bei Erfolg (5-20 Tage): 90% des normalen Gehalts.
Umzugspaket für internationale Bewerber:
Rückerstattung der ersten Flugkosten nach Vertragsunterzeichnung
Abholung vom Flughafen
Jährliches Hin- und Rückflugticket in dein Heimatland (innerhalb der EU)
Hilfe bei der Erledigung von Formalitäten, Eröffnung eines Bankkontos usw. nach deiner Ankunft.
