Alinhados com a estratégia omnicanal da marca, reforçamos o posicionamento da Worten no mercado ibérico e expansão para novas geografias, assegurando a realização dos desejos dos nossos clientes.
A equipa de Supply Chain Engineering tem ao seu encargo o desenvolvimento, digitalização e automação de fluxos logísticos.Para tal trabalhamos com as Áreas Operacionais da Supply Chain, Áreas de Negócio da Worten, Áreas Técnicas e Parceiros para promover a transformação e melhoria continua.

O teu dia-a-dia:
Participar em projetos de automação no entreposto, com vista a consolidar a estratégia omnicanal da empresa;
Participar em projetos multidisciplinares tendo em vista a melhoria contínua da Worten;
Modelar e simular processos com vista à construção de cenários para análise da melhor tecnologia de automação a aplicar;
Modelar e simular processos com vista à construção de cenários de fluxos logísticos a otimizar;
Em conjunto com as várias equipas desenhar, desenvolver e implementar novos processos e tecnologias;
Participar em projetos de investigação operacional em conjunto com os nossos parceiros, em consórcios nacionais e internacionais.
O que procuramos:
Formação Superior na área de Engenharia Mecânica (preferencial ramo de sistemas) ou outro relevante;
Interesse na área de Supply Chain Management/Logística;
Experiência na simulação e otimização de processos com vista a criação de casos de estudos
Bons conhecimentos de linguagens de programação, bases de dados e simulação (exemplo: R/Python, SQL, AnyLogic);
Responsabilidade, autonomia e sentido de organização;
Curiosidade intelectual, espírito crítico, competências analíticas e de modelação;
Gosto de trabalhar em equipas multidisciplinares;
Orientação para a implementação no terreno.
