Desenvolvimento e implementação da estratégia comercial para este segmento clientes.
Analise das necessidades do cliente, de mercado e identificação de oportunidades para o segmento de clientes
Elaboração e implementação do plano de marketing.
Seguimento, analise e diagnostico da carteira de clientes e dos principais KPIS' de negócio.
Seguimento e supervisão das ações do plano.
Definição de campanhas comerciais especificas de energia e SVAs.
Elaboração da proposta de políticas de remuneração aos diferentes canais, segundo a atividade comercial.
Elaboração do business-case e da proposta de objetivos comerciais por canal.
Deteção da necessidade de produtos e/o serviços para este segmento de clientes.
Desenho, desenvolvimento e implementação do road map da proposta de valor dos produtos energéticos e sva's com diferenciação por tipologia de clientes, de canal de venda e território.
Desenvolvimento de esquemas de seguimento e modelos de gestão sobre a atividade comercial e a dinâmica competitiva.
Definição de ações massivas de carteira para a maximização do valor dos clientes.
Definir e implementar o plano de formação dos canais de venda.
Desenho, elaboração e gestão de ferramentas de suporte, de procedimentos e de material de suporte de vendas.
Interlocução continua com as áreas de suporte e as equipas a quem dão serviço.

competências

Licenciatura em Engenharia, Marketing, Administração de Empresas, Economia ou graus afins.
Experiência demonstrável como Product Manager
Pelo menos 5 anos de experiência no sector (conhecimento do negócio, mecanismos de energia, regulação e cliente B2B e produtos de energia, gás e VAS).
Perfil analítico, orientado para o cliente e objetivo e com iniciativa para implementar novas ações
sempre focalizadas na inovação.
Experiência anterior na gestão e planeamento de projetos, bem como no acompanhamento de projetos para cumprir prazos.
Nível avançado em ferramentas de escritório: especialmente Excel.
Conhecimento do mercado energético português.
Conhecimentos de gestão de bases de dados.
Língua espanhola: fluente
