Our client is a British low-cost airline, one of Europe's largest budget carriers, offering affordable flights across a wide network of destinations.
Known for its orange livery, it operates a point-to-point model, connecting major airports and popular travel destinations. The airline focuses on simplicity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, making air travel accessible to a broad audience.We are looking for reinforcements in the form of Dutch-speaking employees for our team in Lisbon/Portugal.

What are your responsibilities?
- It's back office position, you will NOT deal with clients/ regular customers
- Manage legal claims with various entities together with lawyers, solicitors and national enforcement authorities by email and chat
- Be the connection between the legal department of the airline and suppliers,
- Understand suppliers unique situation and continue to treat and monitor their legal claims
meal allowance):
- €1238 gross x 12 months or €1100 gross x 14 months,
- €75 gross – project bonus (it is a permanent salary supplement)
- up to €175 gross performance bonus,
- 20 €/month – Transport allowance
- €7.23 NET/day meal voucher
What do we expect:
- Fluency in Dutch (C- native)
- Communicative English level (min. B2)
- You live anywhere in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate there
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Possible start: 5.06
Working time frames:
Monday - Friday 08:00h – 18:00h (40h per week, 5days per week with weekends off)
- Full time, renewable employment contract for 6 months (according to the Portuguese law)
- Training is provided at the beginning of the work
