Manpowergroup, a leading human resources company, is recruiting a Collections Technician (m/f) for a prestigious client in the logistics and transport sector in Leça do Balio.


Job description:
Involves online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within the financial area and the completion of any administrative services.

Job responsibilities:
Ship to collect
Credit and collections;
Invoicing;
Other duties as assigned.

Profile:
Completed secondary school;
Experience: 1-3 years in collections and customer care;
Fluency in English (B2) and/or Spanish (B2), French (B2)/ German (B2)/ Italian (B2)/ Dutch (B2)/ Nordic (B2)
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Numerical skills;
Teamwork skills;
Written and verbal communication skills.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm.

Offer:
Direct employment contract with the client company;
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home (after training):
Basic salary + Language bonus + SA
