goSolar, a Proef Group company operating in the field of renewable energies, specifically photovoltaic and energy storage plants, is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager (m/f).


Description:

  • Managing the team, defining and integrating appropriate resources in accordance with the defined business strategy.
  • Managing client relationships, including defining project activities and resolving any arising issues.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential growth areas in the sector.
  • Creating and expanding sales channels, as well as developing and maintaining partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Monitoring financial matters such as budgeting and creating financial models to assess project viability, including sales, acquisitions, and contract management, while identifying and assessing associated risks.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Automation Engineering.
  • Previous experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in business development and team management.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Initiative, proactivity, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills.
