The Role:

Join our team as a Master Data Specialist where you will play a crucial role in establishing Vendor & Customer Master Data processes. Your main responsibilities include handling data qualification, analysis, accuracy, and change control for our global Customer Master Data. Collaborating with a team of skilled professionals, you will ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and statutory requirements.

As a Master Data Specialist, you will leverage your business process knowledge to address issues related to Vendor & Customer master data. Working closely with other teams, you will focus on data qualification, classification, and ensuring overall data accuracy.

Additionally, you will work in partnership with our global BPO partner to oversee VMD & CMD transactional services across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Data Governance for Customer & Vendor Master data
  • Act as the first point of contact for master data-related items
  • Identify and resolve master data issues
  • Review and implement data files into SAP
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Master Data projects
  • Create Vendor & Customer Master data definitions and standards
  • Participate in internal/external audits related to master data files
  • Implement solutions for processes and applications in various regions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
  • Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Experience in multinational environments
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Negotiation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mindset
  • Process improvement and results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
