  • Minimum 3 years' experience with properties.
  • Strong knowledge of the Lisbon area.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong relationship and Customer service skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solver mindset and high attention to detail.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude always looking to push boundaries.
  • Fluency in English (our company language) and Portuguese – other languages will be a plus.

Property Management Services:

  • Meeting & Onboarding New Property Owners.
  • Basic knowledge of local accommodation regulation.
  • Weekly inspections and reports.
  • Keeping constant contact with the Homeowners of Palácio Faria.
  • Inspecting properties & Project management when need repairs or improvements.
  • Arranging outsourcing services for maintenance, cleaning, pool, landscaping, security and other ongoing services.
  • Managing and supervising service providers.
  • Liaise with the curation team.
  • Represent PMP's values in all that you do.

Concierge & Guest Relations Services:

  • GreetOwners with an impeccable grooming service, respecting PMP service and dressingcode guidelines.
  • Openthe door to all owners as many times necessary, always with a smile and apositive attitude, ensuring the elevator is in the ground floor to facilitatethe Owners arrival.
  • Ensurethat all materials are duly prepared when starting the shift.
  • Assistthe Owners in their routines, by developing a profound knowledge of their dailyroutines.
  • Ensurea service of excellence to every Owner by giving prompt assistance in whateverthey require.
  • Bealways available to help and assist with luggage, suitcases and bags.
  • Controlall of the information pertaining to the daily schedule of maintenance /suppliers, guaranteeing issues are duly solved in a timely manner.
  • Briefother team members (cleaning, maintenance) on their daily duties andextraordinary tasks.
  • Identifyproblems in the condominium by doing daily check ups on the common areas andtake action whenever needed.
  • Maintaina record of all the activity to brief the person that will take on the shiftthat follows to ensure service alignment.
  • ManageOwner's arrival calendars to liaise with the Lisbon Ambassador for attendingthe Owner's need before their arrival.
  • CoordinateOwner's requests with the Lisbon Ambassador.
  • Full PMP immersion and ongoing support.
