Unser Kunde sucht einen deutschsprachigen Mitarbeiter für Legal Online Operations.
Die Hauptaufgabe der Stelle besteht darin, gemeldete Online-Inhalte zu überprüfen, zu analysieren und Maßnahmen zu ergreifen.

Das Verfahren wird von Online-Hosts als Reaktion auf gerichtliche Anordnungen oder Behauptungen, dass Inhalte illegal sind, durchgeführt. Es wird häufig im Zusammenhang mit Verleumdung und anderen illegalen Online-Inhalten eingesetzt. Dieses Projekt unterstützt die Entfernung von Inhalten auf einem Suchmaschinendienst, die möglicherweise gegen das im DMCA geregelte Online-Recht verstoßen.

Deine Aufgaben und Einfluss bei der Arbeit als Online Analyst werden sein:
Überprüfung und Bearbeitung eingehender rechtlicher Anfragen (geistiges oder nicht-geistiges Eigentum)
Bewertung, ob jede Anfrage tatsächlich vom Team bearbeitet werden sollte ODER ob es Gründe und Gültigkeit für jede Anfrage gibt die Politik und Richtlinien des Kunden verstehen und auf dem neuesten Stand halten
Überprüfung der Anfrage innerhalb der vereinbarten Bearbeitungszeiten und Qualitätsstandards

Fähigkeiten, Erfahrungen und Interessen, die du benötigst, um in dieser Funktion erfolgreich zu sein:
Deutsch als Muttersprache und gute Englischkenntnisse
Vorzugsweise mit einem juristischen Hintergrund oder in der Reisebranche
Frühere Erfahrungen mit Verwaltungsaufgaben oder anderen Aufgaben, die viel Lesen erfordern
Du bist motiviert und engagiert bei deiner Arbeit
Begeisterung für interkulturelle Kommunikation und den Expatriate-Lifestyle
Du lebst in Lissabon oder bist bereit, für eine internationale Karriere und Lebenserfahrung nach Lissabon umzuziehen
Eine gültige portugiesische Arbeitserlaubnis (erforderlich)
