QA Functional Tester

Currently, we are seeking a QA Functional Tester who's eager to continuing to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Analyse and document the requirements to determine product quality and release readiness;
Analyse User Stories and create test plans, scenarios, test scripts and procedures;
Perform end-to-end functional testing activities;
Conduct Exploratory testing;
Coordinate with the development team to understand business requirements;
Log and document test results in the tracking system;
Provide inputs on how to improve testing processes and teamwork;
Provide inputs on high-level test scenarios, challenges, risks, resources, test estimates, etc., during test planning meetings;
Support end users in the UAT testing phase;
Able to execute automated tests and analyse their results.

Requirements:
University degree level (Management, Engineering or Computer Science is preferable);
Knowledge about Quality Assurance processes and methodologies;
Familiar with creating test scripts, setting up test data, and executing test cycles;
Familiar with preparing and executing test plans;
Familiar with capturing and documenting test results;
Knowledge in Test Management tools (e.g. Jira, Xray);
Knowledge in Requirement Management (e.g. Jira);
We value Knowledge in CRM (Salesforce preferable), Billing, OSS and Order Management concepts;
We value ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level;
Familiar with Waterfall and Agile concepts (preferable);
English fluent spoken and written ability.
