Principais responsabilidades
Apoiar os partners na identificação de necessidades de formação e construção do plano de formação;
Actuar como ponto de contacto com parceiros internos e externos de forma a levar a cabo as formações definidas;
Organizar as acções de formação, workshops e eventos de desenvolvimento profissional;
Manter o registo preciso e actualizado de todas as acções de formação realizadas;
Preparar relatórios e análise de dados sobre as actividades de L&D;
Auxiliar na criação e implementação de novas iniciativas de desenvolvimento.
Perfil desejado
Formação em Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou área relevante;
Experiência comprovada em funções semelhantes;
Boas competências de comunicação e capacidade de interagir com diferentes níveis hierárquicos;
Proactividade e capacidade para trabalhar tanto de forma independente como em equipe;
Atenção ao detalhe e fortes competências de organização;
Bons conhecimentos de inglês.
