Profile Requirements:

  • Ambitious individuals with a strong passion for IT
  • Technical degree in IT Systems and Computing or Telecommunications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in roles such as TT Infrastructure Technician, Service Desk Technician, or IT Infrastructure Project Manager
  • Experience in IT infrastructure deployment projects
  • ITIL v4 certification is advantageous
  • Proficiency in key IT technologies (workplace, servers, networks)
  • Experience with managing virtual environments, preferably Microsoft Azure (certification is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Fortinet network devices (certification is beneficial)
  • Customer-focused, proactive, analytical, and well-organized
  • Strong troubleshooting and time management skills in high-pressure environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (Portuguese and English)
  • Effective deadline management and task prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated sense of responsibility, commitment, and integrity
  • Emphasis on innovation, dynamism, autonomy, and teamwork

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level support to end-users: manage, resolve, and monitor user incidents and requests; handle issue escalations and ensure timely resolutions; provide on-site and remote support to local users
  • Oversee ITSector's telecommunication and network management (including security)
  • Maintain thorough documentation of the IT environment (technical & administrative)
  • Manage projects and facilitate communication with business stakeholders to ensure on-time, quality delivery within scope and budget
