Restaurants Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Restaurants Marketing & PR Executive to join our team at Corinthia Lisbon.

This role will be responsible for driving the marketing and public relations efforts for our existing restaurants and bars (Erva, Soul Garden and Olivae), ensuring maximum visibility, engagement, and sales across all online channels.


Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies for all existing restaurants and bars, creating engaging content, and managing daily interactions to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.


Relationship Building:

Build and nurture relationships with partners, stakeholders, and key individuals who directly or indirectly contribute to the visibility and sales of our restaurants.

Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and local businesses to amplify our presence in the market.

Plan and execute events in collaboration with the Restaurant managers and F&B Director such as grand openings, food tastings, themed nights, special dates, and collaborations with other businesses to attract new customers and create memorable experiences for existing ones.


Marketing Oversight:

Oversee and manage the marketing initiatives for our venues across all online channels, including website, social media platforms, and third-party booking platforms (e.g., Fork, Dig-In (ex Zoomato), Google, Dining Pro).

Develop promotional campaigns, special events, and partnerships to enhance the visibility and reputation of our F&B offerings.

Partnership Management:

Serve as the primary liaison between the hotel and online channels, ensuring optimal representation of our restaurants and bars.

Coordinate with these channels to optimize listings, promotions, and reservations, maximizing exposure and revenue potential.

Collateral Management:

Ensure all F&B collaterals, including menus, promotional materials, and digital assets, are copy edited and approved by F&B management.

Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials.

  • Needs to have strong presence in the outlets particularly on busiest days (weekends) for content generation.

Reporting:

Provide regular reports on marketing and PR activities, including social media performance, partnership effectiveness, and campaign ROI, to the Director of Marketing.

Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage to align marketing efforts with F&B objectives and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven experience in restaurant marketing, social media management, or PR.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, SEO, and online booking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
