Job DescriptionAre you passionate about data and business analysis? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Data Governance Senior to join our Data-Driven Intelligence team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, data management, and a proven ability to create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation:
Develop, implement, and manage a robust data governance framework that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
Create and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation for all data governance initiatives, changes, and implementations.
Ensure traceability of all data processes and workflows to support transparency and accountability.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on data governance objectives.
Monitor and improve data quality across the organization.
Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related role.
Strong functional analysis skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Technical expertise in data management tools and technologies.
Proven experience in creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of data privacy and protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Certification in data governance (e.g., DAMA, DCAM) is a plus.
Fluent English is mandatory.
