responsabilidades chave

Este profissional será responsável pelo recrutamento e seleção de perfis de quadros médios e superiores na área de Engenharia, desde o desenvolvimento da carteira de clientes, definiçao de perfis, procura e seleção dos mesmos e todo o acompanhamento inerente quer de candidatos quer de clientes .

competências

Formação Superior em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, ou área similar;
Experiência em funções similares;
Bom nível de Inglês;
Orientação para o cliente;
Dinamismo e proatividade;
Boa capacidade de planeamento e de gestão de tempo;
Elevado sentido de compromisso e envolvimento organizacional.
