Job Description

The Position

We are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Specialist to join our team in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

  • Manage FP&A Planning System, supporting various departments' planning needs.
  • Collaborate with different teams to address gaps/issues in the planning system.
  • Support various planning activities such as process improvement and compliance.
  • Assist in finance master data management and governance.
  • Conduct data reconciliation and root cause analysis.
  • Review security access and respond to audit inquiries.
  • Participate in ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
  • Assist in Group Reporting/consolidation reporting.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience with SAC or planning systems.
  • Experience in Financial Budgeting and Planning in a complex Global Organization.
  • Experience in data mapping solutions for S/4HANA systems.
  • Proficiency in developing reports from S/4HANA, SAC, and BW Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of finance master data and financial reporting systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Project experience in Finance system migrations & implementations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Business Management or Information Science preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAC is advantageous.
  • Advanced S4HANA experience is a plus.
