Principais responsabilidades

  • Registo das transações sobre os contratos de derivados que sejam negociados nos respetivos mercados;
  • Monitorização da atividade dos Membros Compensadores e solicitação de garantias sempre que atingem determinados limites operativos;
  • Cálculo dos parâmetros de risco subjacente às margens requeridas para cobrir o risco inerente às posições compradoras ou vendedoras que advêm das transações registadas, com base na metodologia de risco aprovada;
  • Gestão das garantias depositadas pelos Membros Compensadores (nomeadamente, processo de custódia em bancos ou centrais de valores mobiliários, cálculo e monitorização de limites de concentração, cálculo de juros aplicáveis ao montante das garantias em numerário, cálculo de haircuts);
  • Processamento e controlo das liquidações financeiras no sistema de pagamentos Europeu ao longo dos ciclos de vida dos contratos de derivados;
Execução das notificações das posições em entrega sobre contratos de derivados;
Conhecer e dominar as ferramentas de gestão de risco da CCP, em particular para a aplicação da metodologia de cálculo de margens, testes de validação do modelo (execução e análise de resultados backtests, stress tests, reverse stress tests e sensitivity tests) e avaliação periódica do risco das contrapartes da empresa, com base nas políticas de risco (risco de crédito, risco de mercado, risco de liquidez) em vigor;
Participar das especificações técnicas e testes relativamente a processos de melhoria e desenvolvimento de novas funcionalidades ao nível da plataforma de compensação utilizada pela empresa e promover a eficiência ao nível dos processos operativos existentes no Departamento;
Participação ativa no desenho, implementação e otimização dos processos de gestão de risco e operativa, elaboração de relatórios para o Diretor de Risco, Comité de Risco, Conselho de Administração e entidades reguladoras.

Perfil desejado

Licenciatura/Mestrado em áreas como Matemática, Estatística, Economia, Gestão, Engenharias ou áreas similares;
Valoriza-se formação nas áreas gestão de risco e derivados financeiros;
Experiência em Gestão do risco, Mercados financeiros e Matemática Financeira;
Conhecimentos de Programação, Modelação, Estatística Aplicada, Simulação, Otimização e desenvolvimento de ferramentas de apoio à análise estatística;
Valoriza-se conhecimentos em software econométrico/estatístico (R, MATLAB, Python, ...), bem como em Visual Basic e experiência no desenvolvimento de macros;
Valoriza-se conhecimentos em base de dados relacionais;
Excelente capacidade de comunicação, espírito da equipa, proatividade, sentido de organização e método;
Sentido de responsabilidade, pensamento crítico, criatividade, flexibilidade cognitiva e orientação para o cliente.
