Tasks:

  • Responsibility for component spectra and process sequences according to the specifications
  • Execution of a qualification program for new parts (maturity level assurance)
  • Process owner for the execution of initial sampling
  • Control of the assembly trials and preparation of the required documentation
Education (and specialization):

  • Completed technical bachelor's degree

Work experience:

  • 3 years of experience with suppliers' quality in automotive manufacturing

Systems knowledge:

  • SAP
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Language knowledge:

  • Portuguese Native Level: C2
  • English Fluent Level: B
  • C1
  • German Desirable Level: A
  • A2

Qualifications and skills:

  • Profound knowledge of quality standards, such as 8D reporting, APQP (product development process)
  • Extensive experience in quality management / supplier quality engineering
  • Confident appearance with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to go on Business Trips
  • Profound knowledge of the PPAP / PPF sampling procedures
  • Experience in the field of automotive interiors

Eligibility:

  • Auditor VDA
  • Profound knowledge of IATF 16949

Special requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and a systemic way of working
  • Communication and moderation skills
  • Knowledge of processing IMDS data
  • Responsibility for planning and conducting supplier audits
  • Participation and cooperation in FMEA
  • Responsibility for processing, tracking and recourse for supplier defects
  • Evaluation of technical changes in terms of quality aspects
  • Support and processing of field complaints
  • Implementation of quality topics in the context of supplier quality discussions, or escalation in the quality ranking of suppliers
