Aircraft Technicians B1

Recruitment Agency NEXT is looking for motivated candidates for one of its clients to work as:

Aircraft Technicians B1 (BELGIUM)
(APPLICANTS WITH THE AIRCRAFT TYPE MENTIONED ON THE EASA LICENCE ONLY)

Responsibilities:
- aircraft maintenance + keeping the necessary documentation
- performing scheduled and unscheduled 'line-and-light maintenance'
- testing of aircraft systems
- controlling operations related to moving an aircraft on the ground and radio communication with ATC
- adhering to the highest standards of work quality
- other activities related to the work of an aviation technician

Requirements:
- relevant education
- at least 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- valid B1 or B2 Part 66 license (A32F or A33F) or B1 or B2 license for other aircraft types (the aircraft type must be mentioned on the license)

• English language proficiency to read instructions and technical documentation freely (B2-C1)

We offer:
- employment based on a Belgian employment contract
- attractive salary (increase in two-year cycles) + shift bonuses (10% for work on 1st and 2nd shift, 20% for work on night shift, 90% for work on Sundays)
- overtime work - 150% during the week, 200% on Sundays
- food allowance for each day worked and Eco-bonuses
- monthly bonus of EUR 200 for B1 license holders on A32F or A33F aircraft
- holiday bonus (15.38% of gross annual earnings)
- annual bonus (at 8.33% of gross annual earnings)
- family allowance
- arrangement of all formalities related to employment in Belgium
- participation in the company pension plan on preferential terms (2% of annual gross pay as employer's contribution, 0% employees' contribution)
- transportation allowance (after 6 months of employment with the company)
- participation in group insurance and in the company's medical program
- participation in the company's employee profit-sharing program
- organization of housing (the employee may use his own accommodation)
