Digitalization and technology play a vital role in Siemens' success strategy. Our Digitalization & IT Audit Practice is key in providing assurance to the Managing Board and Audit Committee on these matters. We contribute by exploring aspects like digital business models, cloud computing, digital governance, data privacy, and risks associated with large IT and ERP projects. Leveraging advanced analytics, visualization technologies, and artificial intelligence, CF A is actively shaping the future of assurance.   • Identify critical risks in Siemens' digital landscapes (e.g., SAP ERP, S/4 Hana, Clouds like AWS, Azure, and more), major IT transformation projects, new digital business models, and product offerings.
  • Independently design and execute thorough audits to mitigate identified risks.
  • Enhance and question existing audit methodologies.
  • Explore innovative ways to utilize digitalization for assurance in collaboration with data analytics partners.
  • Drive assurance objectives during fieldwork autonomously, including conducting customer interviews and technical assessments.
  • Present findings and recommended enhancements in meetings with senior management.
  • Expand and nurture your network across various Siemens businesses and functions.
  • Seize the opportunity to participate in audits within other CF A practices.
  • Conduct audit engagements independently using CF A's agile audit approach.
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience at Siemens, a tech company, or a reputable assurance and consulting firm.
  • Solid academic background with a degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or Finance.
  • Relevant experience and advanced knowledge in areas such as IT risk management, digital use case implementation, and new technologies (e.g., cloud computing, SAP ERP, S/4 Hana, blockchain, artificial intelligence).
  • Preferably experienced in complex IT projects and agile environments.
  • Tech-savvy with a knack for grasping new digital initiatives and emerging technologies.
  • Driven to evolve into a leadership role in the business.
  • Proficiency in English and willingness to travel internationally and embrace remote work culture.
