Polish remote support for the Petshop, start in June

Rotational schedule time frames:
Monday-Saturday: 07:00-19:00 (Portuguese time - 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) with Sundays and 1 rotational day off

Our client is Maxi Zoo, one of the largest and popular online pet shop. If you are looking for a position to support Polish-speaking pet owners with their purchases or after-sales service, this position is perfect for you
We are therefore looking for reinforcements in the form of Polish-speaking employees for our remote team in Portugal.

What are your responsibilities?
- Assist Polish speaking customers through inbound calls and emails by responding to customer inquiries and/or responding to potential requests.
- Become a specialist in our client's products - communicate product information, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or get details about complaints
- work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction, prepare, maintain and review purchasing files
What do we expect:
- Fluency in Polish (min. C2 level)
- Good, communicative English level (min. B2)
- You live in Portugal below Coimbra district
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- You are looking for adventure in fast growing, international company
- We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything
Possible start: 5.06 (June, 5th)
- Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl.
meal allowance) :
** €1020 gross x 12 months or €875 gross x 14 months,
** up to €100 gross performance bonus,
** €7.23 NET/day meal voucher
** 20€ - transportation allowance
Working time frames:
Monday-Saturday 07:00-19:00 (Portuguese time - 8h/day, 40h/week, 5 days/week) with Sundays and 1 rotational day off
- We offer fully remote work possibilities below Coimbra, in the districts: Castelo Branco, Leiria, Santarem, Lisboa, Portalegre, Evoria, Setubal, Beja & Faro
- Full time, renewable employment contract for 6 months (according to the Portuguese law)
