Requirements University graduation on IT related field.
At least 3+ years of experience in similar position.
Purchasing and management control experience
Experienced in Application production run support, acting as Technical Leader.
Accounting scope knowledge would be a plus.
Autonomous, rigorous with a high personal commitment
Be curious and initiative-taking searching for innovative solutions.
Be critical, synthetic and constructive on the solutions analysis.
Be able to keep calm and managed stress situations, such as errors in production.
Be able to manage and prioritize incidents.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain collaborative work relationships at all levels, namely:
Meetings managements.
Publicly present, explain and learn business matters.
Produce and follow up meeting's outcomes and inputs (meeting minutes, requests, business analysis, etc.)
Incident management

Tools:
Service Now, Jira Lanta, Oracle with PL SQL knowledge (advanced level), PowerBI knowledge will be a plus.
