standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.

Preparation and implementation of CapEx MFTs to obtain S MFT leader validation & the associated fundingsSupporting Customer service CAPEX Project managers to get CapEx approval by preparing, implementing project CapEx dossier before CapEx MFT submissionOrganization and Coordination of internal CapEx project reviews (deadlines, costs, etc.)Preparation and participation in planning events (operative planning; budget planning, master plan reviews and forecasts)Reporting and controlling of the CAPEX dossiers in collaboration with CAPEX project managers & finance team are meeting the S CAPEX targetsCreate and maintain dashboard and reporting to get a clear picture on CAPEX progress on monthly basis (project management database and CAPEX tool update)requisitos/requirements

Experience in improvement projects or project management or multi functioncoordination
