Your key responsibilities and contributions as a customer service representative include:

  • Providing assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding product searches, resolving shopping cart issues, and addressing any other concerns during their shopping journey
  • Making sound decisions under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

  • A passion for fashion, capable of offering styling advice and accessorizing tips

Benefits of this position:

  • Contract type: long-term fixed contract, renewable annually
  • Full-time hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) with rotating shifts from 7 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday

Salary options (*):

  • Includes accommodation (shared flat, all bills covered): 1040€ gross/month
  • Excludes accommodation: 1298€ gross/month

For international candidates:

  • Reimbursement for initial flight costs after 3 months
  • Assistance with administrative tasks, bank account setup, etc., upon arrival

Additional perks:
