Human Profiler is a Human Resources Consultant with a decade of experience in the market.

Specialized in Outsourcing in IT and in Recruitment and Selection Processes of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers and partners.

At the moment we are looking for the following candidate:

Transformation Engineer (m/f):

  • Computer science degree or equivalent;
  • Extensive professional experience (>5 years) as Senior/Principal Engineer, Software Architect, or Technical Leader;
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying solutions in cloud environments on AWS, with a deep knowledge of
cloud design patterns and best practices;

  • Demonstrated expertise in IT transformation projects, including IT process modernization, transitioning from
monolithic architectures to microservices, and gradual migration from on-premise to cloud environments;

  • Experience with Java, SpringBoot, AWS, API Management, and related technologies;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to evangelize new technologies and methodologies
to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

  • Experience mentoring junior engineers or a strong desire to be a mentor is a plus;
  • You are a genuine team player with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible;
  • A deep working knowledge of English is required.
