Job Description :
Ensure specialized assistance to Company Management and B.U., Branch / Construction Areas, in order to contribute to the best setting of business initiatives, whether they are commercial (offers - relationships with partners / subcontractors) and management (contractual management of contracts).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The management of all aspects related to the negotiation phase of offers with customers
- The management of all aspects related to the definition of relationships with third parties (partners / subcontractors) in relation to offers
- The management of all aspects related to the execution phase of contracts
- The management, also with the help of specific assistance, of disputes with customers.
Duties and Responsibilities Details:
- Ensure specialist support to each business decision-making center;
- Assist the commercial agents, contributing to the definition of agreements with third parties (partners and/or subcontractors) and providing optimal solutions from a legal/technical point of view also in relation to the projects to which these agreements refer;
- Assist the sales representatives both during the preparation of the offers, through a precise assessment of contractual risks and the identification of proposals for mitigation of these risks, and during the negotiation phase with the Customers;
- Assist the management officers during the execution of contracts, both through the interpretation of contractual clauses and through the implementation of all contractual instruments to safeguard and protect the company;
- Develop, also with the help of specific legal assistance, all the initiatives (amicable resolution / lawsuit / arbitration) necessary to achieve the objectives set by the Top Management;
- Support the Company's Top Management in defining general and particular objectives.
