CMM Programmer

FlexHero is a staffing agency specializing in the technical sector, based in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

We are currently recruiting for the following position:
CMM Programmer.

As a CMM Programmer, you will create measurement programs and prepare work instructions so that planned products can be measured in accordance with customer specifications, time, and budget.

You will also perform measurements for our internal production or customer orders.

Working under the supervision of the QHSE Manager, your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Programming measurement programs;
• Measuring new and complex products;
• Estimating the programming and measurement duration for new projects;
• Analyzing drawings, alignment data, determining measurement strategy, determining the setup of MR (internal/external), and communicating with stakeholders;
• Preparing a project through programming in PC-Dmis and/or Mitutoyo Cosmos:
• determining fixture(s) and alignment

- determining probes to use
- determining measurement jigs

• Completely carrying out initial CMM measurements;
• Preparing customerspecific measurement reports (FAI) and verifying deviations in collaboration with Quality and Project Engineers;
• Communicating with production about possible deviations;
• Advising on measurement frequencies and instruments;
• Consulting with Quality and Project Engineers.

What do we expect from you?

You are the measurement expert; skilled and knowledgeable, communicating this in a professional and correct manner. You plan your tasks in such a way that both production and the customer are optimally served. A flexible attitude is important.

Furthermore, we require:

• Bachelor's level of working and thinking (or equivalent through experience in a similar role);
• Knowledge of 3D measuring techniques, GD&T, and measurement instruments;
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language (written and spoken);
• You will only be considered if you meet our three basic requirements: 1. European Nationality, 2. English speaking, 3. In possession of a driver's license;
• You are ready to make a move from Portugal to the Netherlands. You are looking for a job to eventually settle in the Netherlands.

Employment Conditions

• A fulltime position, with a salary of €3,500, to €4,500, gross per month, based on a fulltime work week;
• Overtime paid at 180%;
• Housing with private bedroom for €49 per week (including gas, water, electricity, and internet);
