Job Description:

Come and be part of our team We are seeking a skilled Italian Team Manager to oversee a team and drive them to achieve or surpass client/corporate objectives. You will be responsible for coaching and inspiring advisors to excel in their roles.

Our client is the top platform for short-form mobile videos, dedicated to sparking creativity and spreading joy.

As an Italian Team Manager in this project, your main tasks will involve:

  • Maintaining open and clear communication with the team, sharing various types of information (operational, management, etc.)
  • Solving issues, making decisions, analyzing outcomes, and ensuring project deadlines and requirements are met
  • Collaborating closely with the team to enhance advisors' performance
  • Continuously assessing and supervising advisors' work, taking necessary corrective actions when needed
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations
  • Providing clear direction and support to ensure consistent achievement of key metrics
  • Promptly addressing any client concerns to the Operations Manager
  • Fostering a team-focused environment where advisors are dedicated and proud to be part of the company
  • Implementing and reviewing actions based on Employee Satisfaction surveys
  • Adhering to all regulatory and safety guidelines

In order to excel in this role, you should have:

  • Native or proficient level of Italian
  • Proficient level of English (C1 and above)
  • Additional proficiency in a second language is advantageous
  • At least 6 months of call center experience, preferably in a managerial role
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Good numerical and reasoning skills
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to work onsite in Santos, Lisbon
  • Expected Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9h to 18h

Education and experience requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
