Responsibilities:

• Configuring and operating CNC lathes to produce precision components based on technical specifications
• Working with EMAG, Mori Seiki machines, Muratec CNC lathes; with Fanuc control, ISO programming
• Raw materials used: welded steel wheel cores, cast iron wheel cores, (stainless steel), (aluminum)
• Measuring, setting and inserting cutting tools.
• Accurate measurement and zeroing (3-point, micrometer, caliper).
• Works based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Interpret technical drawings and plans to understand project requirements.

Requirements:

• You have knowledge about Fanuc drivers.
• You can read and correct ISO programs very fluently.
• You have good knowledge of processing techniques.
• You know the influence of feed, cutting speed and cutting depth on the machining process.
• You are motivated, eager to learn and thorough.
• You demand order and order as well as excellent quality of finished products.
• You like to work independently, but also in a team.

We offer:

• Salary: depending on experience (approx. €18/h)
• Employment on Belgian terms
• Salary allowances: 13th salary / holiday allowance / mileage allowance / family allowance / health and accident insurance
