About Us:
Atlantrees is a young and innovative company specializing in avocado production using cutting-edge farming technology. Our farm is located in Montargil, Ponte de Sor, in the Alentejo region.

We're dedicated to sustainable agriculture and are seeking a resourceful and ambitious Administrative Assistant to support various aspects of office management, administration, logistics, invoicing, proposals, HR, and work coordination.


Position Overview:
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, allowing most tasks to be completed remotely. However, the role requires presence at our Montargil office twice a week.

You will work directly with the company's management team, playing a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities:
Office management and administration
Coordination of logistics and invoicing
Preparation of proposals
Human Resources support
General work coordination

Requirements:

Fluency in English:
Strong oral and written communication skills. You will work directly with the CEO, who doesn't speak Portuguese.

Independence and Efficiency:
Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and proactively drive tasks to completion.

Technological Proficiency:
Strong skills in Office applications, computer operations, and Excel. Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new IT tools.

Reliable Transportation:
Must have a car to travel to our Montargil office as needed (1-2 times a week).

Long-Term Commitment:
Willingness to work hard, earn trust, take on more responsibilities over time, and grow with the company.

Organizational Skills:
Responsible, professional, and highly organized.
