Experienced Mechanic for truck- and trailers

FlexHero, a staffing agency located in Eindhoven, in the southern part of the Netherlands, specializes in recruiting Portuguese professionals for long-term positions.

We are currently seeking Mechanics for a client in the Eindhoven area, with immediate positions available. Ideal candidates will have experience in maintaining a variety of vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and cars.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting periodic maintenance and inspections;
  • Determining the need for part replacements;
  • Getting vehicles ready for inspections;
  • Handling related administrative tasks as needed;
  • Coordinating with the planning department.

What We Look For:

  • A passion for working with trucks and trailers;
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar capacity, such as a car or truck mechanic;
  • Expertise in commercial vehicle technology;
  • Familiarity with common brake systems;
  • European nationality is required;
  • Proficiency in English is required;
  • Possession of a category B driving license is required;
  • A category CE driving license is highly advantageous.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive monthly salary ranging from €2,750 to €3,250;
  • Option for weekly or every four weeks salary disbursement;
  • A daytime work schedule, Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:30;
  • Opportunities for oncall breakdown service shifts or additional Saturday hours;
  • Use of a (shared) company vehicle for commuting, with FlexHero covering the vehicle and fuel costs;
  • A position with the potential for permanent employment;
