About the Role:


As a Reservations & Sales Agent, you will be the frontline ambassador of SandyBlue, responsible for handling guest inquiries, driving bookings, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Your role will involve but will not be limited to:

  • Handling enquiries: Responding to guest inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email and in person (whenever required).
  • Making Reservations: Assisting guests in making reservations, ensuring accuracy of booking details and special requests.
  • Upselling Services: Promoting additional services & stay extensions
  • Processing Bookings: Inputting reservations accurately into the booking system, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
  • Providing Information: Offering information about the property, facilities, services, and local area attractions to guests.
  • Collaborating: Coordinating with other departments, such as Marketing, Guest Services, and Housekeeping, to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
  • Staying Informed: Keeping up to date with company policies, procedures, promotions, and special offers to provide guests with accurate information.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the villa rental industry.
  • Being sales driven & enjoying the idea of sales taking place.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
