In order to achieve its next strategic objective, to be a leader in its field, it is looking to strengthen its team in Portugal by hiring a Communication and Marketing Assistant - (M/F)


As a Communication and Marketing Coordinator, you will create and implement communication and marketing strategies to bring our brands, products and services to the public.

You will be working hand in hand with the different teams to make sure that everything, from the messaging and the branding, is consistent across the various channels.

Successful candidate should have mastered proficient communication, and creativity.

Responsibilities:
Design and execute promotional campaigns to advertise company news and services.
Create appealing presentations.
Develop captivating content for different sources including social media platforms, website, intranet, emailing, newsletters, and print material.
Design supports including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
Work with the sales team to develop campaigns and support.
Aid in planning internal and external events, and fairs.
Carry out market research in order to determine important social tendencies and growth opportunities.
Help to keep the brand consistent throughout all platforms/ communication channels.
Help to build communication and stay in touch with the media.
Request quotes for marketing and communication needs.

Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
Proficient in English and intermediate French.
At least 2 years of experience in marketing or communication.
Excellent written communication skills
Competency in digital marketing tools including social media, and email marketing.
Capability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
Knowledge of Mailchimp, Worldpress and Monday.

Experience with graphic design on one or more of the design softwares example Adobe Creative Suite (desirable but not necessary).

Can use Canva and Figma.
Knowledge in Video editing.
