A RaiseMeUp encontra-se a recrutar um pastry chef (m/f), para Cascais.

O Nosso Cliente

Unidade hoteleira de 4* integrada num grupo hoteleiro de referência mundial, cujo objetivo consiste em oferecer uma experiência luxuosa e acolhedora aos seus hóspedes.

Responsabilidades

  • Operar e gerir a secção de pastelaria de uma cozinha, trabalhando em conjunto com os outros chefs.
  • Desenvolver e inovar sobremesas e produtos de pastelaria, garantindo alta qualidade e apresentação visual.
  • Planear e atualizar os menus de sobremesas de acordo com as tendências gastronómicas, sazonalidade e preferências dos clientes.
  • Assegurar que a secção de pastelaria da cozinha adere às regulamentações de saúde e segurança.
  • Desenvolver novas receitas sazonais e menus, mantendose atualizado com as últimas tendências.
  • Monitorizar e encomendar ingredientes, suprimentos e equipamentos;
  • Identificar necessidades de pessoal, ajudar a recrutar novos funcionários e formálos;
  • Desenvolver e preparar sobremesas para eventos especiais, banquetes e jantares temáticos.
Requisitos

  • Certificação profissional em pastelaria ou áreas relacionadas (preferencial);
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos como Chef de Pastelaria em hotéis de luxo, restaurantes de alta gastronomia ou similares.
  • Criatividade para desenhar novos e únicos itens de menu para atrair clientes
  • Boas competências de comunicação e relação com o cliente.
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de inglês e outras línguas (preferencial);
  • Competências de gestão de tempo para entregar pedidos no prazo e evitar desperdício de alimentos;
