Tasks:
- Daily coordination and control of empties as well as universal and special containers at the site
- Notification of empties and maintenance of loading lists as well as monthly reconciliation of stock overviews with suppliers
- Check the transport container inventory management in the event of differences / bottlenecks
- Managing external correspondence (interim inventory of containers)
- Commissioning and supervision of container repairs for internal containers
- Organization and implementation of the annual container inventory
Education (and specialization):
- Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with a degree in business administration or master craftsman training
Work experience:
- Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in scheduling
Systems knowledge:
- General IT knowledge
- Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of SAP S4/Hana desirable
Language knowledge:
- Portuguese native Level: C2
- English fluent Level: B
- C1
- German desirable
Qualifications and skills:
- Several years of professional experience in logistics
- Several years of professional experience in scheduling desirable
Special requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and a systematic way of working
- Teamwork and communication skills, confident demeanor and ability to work independently
