Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the pub.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Portugal( TRC/Expression of Manifesto)
