D8 Solutions, a company founded in Braga in 2013, which develops its activity in the automotive industry sector in the area of quality control, is recruiting for its multinational client in the automotive industry sector, Warranty Technician (m/f/d), in Palmela.
Functions:
- Manage warranty claims;
- Implement improvement actions and strategies for each product;
- Monitor and achieve quality rejects aging KPIs;
- Support quality activities as needed;
- Ensure that corrective measures are implemented within the stipulated timeframes;
- Facilitate Problem Solving teams and provide support for Practical Problem solving.
Profile:
- Knowledge in digital electronics (mandatory requirement);
- Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years in the automotive industry;
- Ability to plan and develop projects autonomously;
- Oriented towards continuous improvement;
- Excellent communication, conflict management and leadership skills;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Fluent English, spoken and written;
- Mastery of computer tools from the user's point of view.
