Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss bei der Arbeit als Online Payment Coordinator werden sein:
Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf Abstimmungen, Unterstützung des täglichen Betriebs, Kundenanfragen, Transaktionsverarbeitung und Pflege von Kundendateien
Untersuchen und Lösen von Kredit-/Debitkartentransaktionen
Mithilfe bei der Verwaltung aller Kartenzahlungssysteme und Verarbeitungsfunktionen
Erledigt verschiedene Büroarbeiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Zahlungsverkehr
Bereite bei Bedarf Kundenabrechnungen vor
Lösen von Problemen, die eine eingehende Untersuchung und/oder Recherche erfordern
Such ständig nach Möglichkeiten, die Geschwindigkeit, Effizienz und Genauigkeit zu erhöhen.
Was ist für dich drin?
Vertragsart: 12 Monate mit verlängerbarem Vertrag
Arbeitszeiten: Vollzeitstelle (40h/Woche), Montag-Sonntag (Rotationsschichten Uhr)
Ausbildung: Vertrag ab dem ersten Tag der Ausbildung (Ausbildung wird zu 100% bezahlt)
Gehaltskonditionen: 1235€ pro Monat (x14 pro Jahr € Bonus/Monat
Zusätzliche Vergünstigungen:
6 € Essensgutschein pro Arbeitstag
400€ für die ersten 6 Monate
