We are currently seeking Norwegian speakers to join our client's team in Lisbon, Portugal as Order Support Specialist
Role Overview:
The Retail Back-Office Specialist handles escalations from customer-facing colleagues under strict regulations. They focus on resolving complex issues related to online orders and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. From order entry to delivery and handling changes, the Retail Back-Office Team manages the entire workflow.
The Specialist collaborates with partners to resolve issues efficiently, minimizing customer involvement in complex matters. They conduct investigations that impact customer and partner relationships, with communication via phone and email to provide updates.
Attention to detail is crucial when performing tasks in SAP for accurate record-keeping and protocol adherence.
Key Skills:
