Your responsibilities and impact as a Streaming Expert for Online Platform will include:
- Supporting clients by providing excellent service via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Recording data in the CRM system
- Offering ad-hoc support
- Being a team player and contributing to project success
What's included in this role?
- Type of contract: long-term fixed term, renewable yearly
- Working hours: rotating shifts, including weekends
- Salary conditions (*) - 2 options:
- With free shared accommodation: 950€ gross/month (based on experience)
- Without accommodation: € gross/month (based on experience)
- For international candidates:
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pick up
- Yearly flight ticket back to home country (within EU)
- Assistance with paperwork, bank account opening, etc.
- Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, and social events
- Real career advancement opportunities
- (*) Compensation during training period: 90% of hourly wages (lower taxes)
Skills, qualifications, and interests required for success:
- Native level of German and at least a B1 level of English
- Passion for movies and shows
- Understanding the importance of customer experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Proactive, energetic, and innovative mindset
- Excitement for intercultural communication
- Willingness to live in Lisbon for career growth
