- The(further) development of guidelines, in particular with regard tocurrent security recommendations and standards
- The further development of our macOS client strategy
- 2nd level support (by phone, remote andon-site) and collaboration in the ticket system
- Simplifying administrative tasks with the help ofscripts
- Participation in the planning,control and support of IT projects and plans (e.g. macOS majorupdates, QA measures, further development of the infrastructure)
- The creation of concepts and installationinstructions
- You have successfullycompleted an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (or comparable) oran IT degree and have already gained several years of professionalexperience
- You have extensive administrationknowledge of macOS-based devices in a business environment
- You have already worked with MDM solutionsin the macOS environment (preferably Microsoft Endpoint Manager,Jamf School or Jamf Pro)
- You work just aswell independently as in a team
- A goodtechnical understanding, a pronounced service and solutionorientation as well as a
structured and careful way ofworking characterize you - Ideally, you have aclass B driving license
- Fluent written andspoken German is a prerequisite - English is an advantage
- You are familiar withvarious MDM and EMM solutions (e.g. Microsoft Endpoint Manager,Jamf Pro, Jamf School)
- You have gainedexperience in IT projects
- Creation ofconcepts and installation instructions
