As an IT Consultant(m/f/d) for cloud solutions, you will be able to translate yourpersonal expertise into project success for our customers. You willsupport the implementation of modern, cloud-based solutions,starting with the definition of the right strategy, throughconception to implementation. - Development of workflows for the automation/orchestration of simpletasks and complex processes as well as transfer/rollout of softwarereleases into the production systems
- Creation and further development of scripts based on PowerShell,Bash/Shell or Javascript and integration of existing scripts andsystem management solutions such as Chef/Puppet
- Development of complex automation concepts (cloud, datacenter automation) and concepts for the use of public cloudservices (e.g. Azure or AWS)
- Support withonboarding new customers (network integration, directory services,etc.) and implementing customer-specific adaptations (customizing)of the standard software used (incl. installation, maintenance andoperation of the software products used)
- Germanat least at C1 level and good written and spoken English skills
- Several years of experience in operating andsetting up virtualized environments as well as Windows/Linux systemadministration including scripting (e.g. shell, PowerShell)
- Knowledge and experience in the field ofvirtualization and cloud computing (e.g. VMware, Amazon WebServices or Microsoft Azure)
- Interest incloud computing and associated usage and design principles andsolid knowledge of data center processes (e.g. virtualization,software distribution)
- Strong analytical andconceptual skills combined with a high level of solutionorientation
