We are now looking for Swedish speaking Sales & Customer Support Professionals that wants to become a part of our clients Team in Lisbon, Portugal Working tasksHandle cases from existing customers and consumers in generalProvide assistance with customer service cases, support, and general information about the client and its products/servicesAddress payment mattersAssist with cancellation of subscriptionsHandle requests for change of addressAddress complaints of missed serviceProcess new ordersAssist with access to customer web accountsProvide information about events Your profileStrong customer service spirit with a solution-oriented sales perspectiveExcellent communication skills (spoken and written)Competence to negotiate with customers, even in challenging circumstancesAbility to work effectively under pressureWillingness to take responsibility for reaching targetsGenuine interest in serving customersDedication to delivering the best possible customer satisfaction in every interaction BenefitsWorking for our client is a great opportunity for you who want to grow within a global company with great resources.
