You'll uphold excellent standards and share your passion for technology with both customers and colleagues. Given the dynamic nature of this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your IT skills and advance your international career at your own pace.Dutch-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and emailResponding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case informationEnsuring excellent customer satisfactionAssisting with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issuesAppropriately addressing customer escalations and accurately documenting the processCollaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close ticketsMaintaining the internal ticketing system in EnglishAs a representative of the company, you will uphold the company's values and contribute to maintaining a positive brand reputation.
