Our client is a global technology and financial services consulting leader. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead Agile Coach & Scrum Master Community Lead to drive Agile maturity, coach high-performing delivery teams within the Global Markets space, and build the enterprise Scrum Master Community of Practice.

In this dual-impact role, you will coach and mentor approximately 5 cross-functional delivery teams (~35–40 professionals), step in as a hands-on Scrum Master where needed, and establish organizational Agile standards, Software Craftsmanship best practices, and training frameworks.


🎯 Key Responsibilities & Mission:

1. Team Coaching & Delivery Flow (Global Markets)

  • Delivery Coaching: Coach ~5 cross-functional delivery teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and flow predictability.
  • Hands-on Scrum Master Support: Step in as an active Scrum Master for teams requiring targeted operational support—facilitating ceremonies, clearing blockers, and driving delivery.
  • Flow Metrics & Bottleneck Analysis: Track and optimize delivery metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput) to improve predictability and release alignment across dependencies.


2. Community Leadership & Agile Standards

  • Scrum Master Community Lead: Lead, grow, and empower the internal Scrum Master Community of Practice—defining standards, responsibilities, and continuous learning roadmaps.
  • Agile Craftsmanship & Practices: Promote modern engineering craftsmanship (Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD, DevOps culture) alongside Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
  • Training & Onboarding Frameworks: Design and deliver workshops and certification paths for Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams.


👤 Profile & Technical Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Agile management, Agile Coaching, or Scrum Master Leadership within complex, multi-team environments (Global Markets / Fintech experience preferred).
  • Agile Framework Mastery: Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and enterprise scaling models (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model).
  • Tooling & Certifications:
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira (flow tracking, dashboards, metrics).
  • Recognized certifications preferred (e.g., SPC, ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM).
  • Engineering Awareness: Solid grasp of modern software development practices (TDD, CI/CD, DevOps).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional facilitation, mentoring, change management, and executive stakeholder communication.
  • Languages: Fluent English and Portuguese are required.
  • Work Authorization: Must hold a legal right to work in Portugal.
