A Yconic Travel Studio é a uma DMC Boutique, que opera exclusivamente FITs e pequenos grupos do segmento de luxo/high-end numa vertente de incoming. A nossa equipa trabalha essencialmente os mercados Norte Americano e Brasil em regime b2b. O que fazemos vai muito além de proporcionar uma viagem pelo nosso País. A Yconic tem efetivamente um Studio, onde desenhamos e montamos viagens e itinerários à medida, assegurando estadias nos melhores Hotéis, Villas exclusivas e oferecendo um leque de experiências pensadas ao detalhe, de forma a darmos a conhecer o nosso País da forma mais autêntica e sofisticada. Procuramos um Travel Coordinator que tenha gosto por trabalhar o segmento de luxo, prestando um serviço de excelência ao cliente, que seja aficionado por Portugal e por aquilo que de melhor temos para oferecer a quem nos visita. Esta pessoa coordenará viagens de clientes em Portugal Continental e Ilhas e elaborará propostas comerciais para os nossos clientes B2B, que são pessoas exigentes e com um grau de expectativa e timing elevados.
Requisitos : É também elegível para estágios IEFP Idiomas falados: Português (nativo), Inglês (fluente) e Espanhol (muito bom) Dominio de MS Office, nomeadamente PPT, Word e Excel Aptidão e sensibilidade comercial Conhecimento intrínseco de Portugal enquanto destino turístico Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e excelente capacidade de organização Flexibilidade e vontade de aprender
